Shipping costs (plus VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the delivery and displayed at checkout.
Delivery is usually made by UPS or DHL. We reserve the right to choose another provider.
Deliveries abroad:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the delivery and displayed at checkout.
For deliveries outside the EU, the shipping costs already include the costs for the preparation of the German customs documents.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods (including any customs declarations that may be required).
Delivery periods
If no other period is specified, the goods will be delivered within 4-12 working days in Germany (Germany) and within 6-20 working days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
