Here are some frequently asked questions about shipping, returns and exchanges.
What delivery time should be expected when purchasing an exoskeleton?
The exoskeletons are generally available from stock and therefore arrive on site within a few days.
Is there a guarantee?
Warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer and exoskeleton model, but are generally at least 12 months. Wear parts such as textiles or mechanical controls are usually excluded from the warranty. Warranty extensions are possible in some cases.
Is it possible to test the exoskeletons?
Yes, noonee is regularly present at various trade fairs and events. You can find more information on our news page.
It is also possible to arrange a demonstration appointment with a noonee employee.
Do I really need training?
As with any assistive device, training is essential for the optimal use of exoskeletons.
Since 2021, this can also be done through our training videos.
In addition to extensive video material for training purposes on putting on and taking off exoskeletons, which is available via the platform, online introductions are also offered. Depending on the location, we also offer personal instruction by our specialists.

Is there a risk of falling over with the Chairless Chair?
Studies and practical tests have confirmed that there is no increased risk of falling over with the Chairless Chair. In addition, our proven user training provides comprehensive instruction on how to use the Chairless Chair safely.
Can you climb stairs with the Chairless Chair?
With the current version of the Chairless Chair, going down stairs is risky as the rubber foot can get caught on the steps. Extra care is required here.
Due to the short putting on and taking off times, workplaces with steps can still be considered if they are not part of the work processes and are only used occasionally.
Does the Chairless Chair require regular maintenance?
During our stress tests, no wear and tear on the mechanics was observed, with the exception of the wearing parts. However, at the end of the warranty period, we offer the option of sending in the Chairless Chair and having the wearing parts serviced for a fee. This extends the warranty once by a further year. This offer is currently only valid in Germany.
Is the Chairless Chair already in use?
The Chairless Chair is now used by more than 100 companies in various plants around the world. Our distribution partners are available for this abroad.
How long does it take to put on and take off the Chairless Chair?
As part of the online training and our individual implementation training, we present each user with various options for putting on and taking off the Chairless Chair.
As a rule, putting on the Chairless Chair takes a maximum of 30 seconds and taking it off takes just under 10 seconds.
Is the Chairless Chair ESD conductive?
By wearing ESD protective clothing (coat up to knee height) and ESD shoes, he meets the current standards (grounding path via person liIEC 61340-5-1 limit value).
Can you pick up objects from the floor with the Chairless Chair?
Yes. The low seating position allows this.
Can you kneel with the Chairless Chair?
No, classic kneeling is not possible.
However, certain use cases, such as picking up objects on the floor, are practiced during the training.
The lowest sitting position even serves as an ergonomic substitute for kneeling.
Can you put on the Chairless Chair yourself?
Yes. The optimal individual solution is taught as part of the product training.
Can the Chairless Chair also be used in the welding area?
Basically yes. However, depending on the strength of the spark, suitability must be checked individually.
